Pros

Employees tend to stay with the company for a long time due to the good benefits. Sysco has a pension at no additional cost to the employee after five years of service.

Cons

Conflict existences between some departments which can create a dysfunctional work place. Sysco is going through a lot of upheaval with the conversion to SAP and the centralization of certain back office functions.
