      Too many levels of management

      Pros

      The wages and benefits are great, you know your role and what's expected of you. It is a stable company with more growth potential.

      Cons

      It is not a family friendly company, there is supposed to be an open door policy but that's not the case. H/R does not handle issues according to the harassment surveys they give out. Time off is only if it's convenient to the company. New President may be able to bring positive change.

      Disappointing of continuous cost cutting measures

      Pros

      Pay is slight above average and I am quite happy with it. Training is adequate and you get updated from time to time with new info in the market.

      Cons

      1) A fair amount of good employees got laid off because of cost cutting which was very sad. I worked there for 4 years and the people I saw on my first day, only a few of the office staffs were still there. 2) If you were a salesperson, you pretty much have no work-life balance because you work 6 days a week(Monday to Friday and Sunday), customers can call you anytime to complain and you are left with no reason not to pick up calls.

      Good Company that has a lot of room for advancement . Pay is decent along with food discounts and good insurance

      Cons

      Not all management is good, it's who you know and how management favors their ones they like. Some people have outdated management styles with micro management.
