Pros

Continuous On The Job Training Regarding Client Care, Product Knowledge, Competition Review And Analysis, Logistics, Data Entry, and Over All Professional Attitude Towards Fellow Associates for A 33.1-Billion Dollar Company!

Cons

There is a lot of phone time for said Career! You Had Better Have a Smartphone with a TON of minutes on your plan. You must be accessible almost 24-7-around the clock. There is a large amount of stress related to said job due to logistics, refrigeration, competition that is not so honest or true to their word.

Pros

Good pay, decent benefits, promotion opportunities if willing to relocate. Additional benefits beyond salary insurance (bonus, stock options, restricted stock units) can be lucrative, but obviously not guaranteed.

Cons

Poor communication about change, significant changes occurring for several years. Defined benefit pension plan recently frozen. 401k replacement not as good as previous pension - less likely to encourage employees to stay long term.
