Friendly company, advancement opportunities, educational opportunities. They help you to succeed in achieving your goals & they will always assist you.

Cons

Understanding the corporate map on who to get assistance from in what instance is hard to navigate at first. There is a lot of paperwork & high expectations.

Pros

the people there are great, the job itself is easy and simple enough to do without any problems, even the software is easy to use.

Cons

Management. I dont know how to describe it beyond that. There is a void of leadership and nothing they do makes any sense. With the exception of a few managers, there is only "I feel important" in place of making the employee feel important.
