Pros

No BS to climb. Performance is rewarded. Great leadership (depends on location) Great pay and benefits

Cons

Short sighted decisions are made just to make a quarter look better. Common for public companies. On the job training - your level of help depends far too much on your local leadership. They have made strides to improve this.

Pros was that you was going to get hours

Cons

Where do I start . Management was slow . Not as in speed like I think they were slow mentally or did drugs . They send the new drivers to accounts they’ve never been to, something different everyday as a brand new driver but expect you to be done in 5 minutes . You’ll never know when you are going to be off , you get a text message around 8:30 at night if you’re going to be off the next day and if you don’t get one you working . Good money but the worst experience of my life .
