Thank you for taking the time to leave a review about your experience working at Sysco. We are committed to creating an open, diverse, and respectful environment and take feedback from our current and former associates very seriously. We’re disappointed to read that you haven’t had a good experience and hope that you have provided feedback to the leadership of your Sysco company so that your specific concerns can be addressed. There are many options at Sysco for providing feedback including anonymous methods –––such as the SyscoSpeaks Associate Engagement Survey and the Sysco Ethics Line. If you haven’t already, we hope you will take the time to share the specifics of your feedback in a way that will enable leadership to act on your concerns.

Pros

Even the pay isn't good. None it is terrible... Do not go here as you get 5 answers.

Cons

None it is terrible... Do not go here as you get 5 answers for 1 question by 5 people. Nothing is what they say at all in any capacity. The Union is a freaking joke, they don't protect the employees at all period. The point system is wack. They don't care if your baby died you getting points.. They are black and racist. And it's just humiliation..

Pros

Knowledgeable staff and management Generally focused goals Clear metrics Positive culture Regular trainings of high quality

Cons

Difficulty executing delivery protocols Tough fluctuating sales market Competitors still work on commission leading to some difficult strategy restrictions when going against them ( sometimes it does work in Sysco's favor) Customer base is generally cantankerous 7 days a week
