      Corporate Has Too Much Control

      Pros

      Working at my individual OPCO was wonderful. The culture was great. Employees had been there for 20-30 years. I felt like I could be there that long too. Pay was good. Room for growth. Bonuses.

      Cons

      Corporate started cracking down on what certain departments could do, bringing certain jobs back to “home base”. Next thing you know Corporate has taken back all (or most) financial jobs, laying off mass amounts of people.

      Great benefits , good people working together, customer focused company

      Work life balance is not in sync and follow up on feedback is not timely

      Good or bad depends on your tolerance

      Pros

      Good benefits, decent salary. The company claims to be working hard on keeping good employees and improving work experiences.

      Cons

      They will work you to an early grave if you let them. There is little or no recognition for dedicating yourself and working hard even on nights and weekends. They don't say you have to, but it's expected.
