Pros

Great benefits, company vehicle, cell phone, pays for internet service, offers health and wellness perdium.

Cons

Very heavy work load with minimal coverage and help. Very poor work life balance. Depending on area, lots of travel. Poor planning and implementation of instrumentation modifications. Low tech solution to service call reporting and closure. (Software is poorly constructed and maintained) Very behind on completing and validating necessary procedures for field use. Poor planning in parts department causing slowdowns and long waits for customers. Poor planning for new instrumentation acquisition (short notice to field causing scramble for training)

Pros

Great people work here. The 401k and benefits are decent.

Cons

This company has taken a drastic change for the worse. They no longer care about their employees but rather the money that is brought in. Internally there are many issues that go unresolved and employees are forced to make processes work for the sake of a sale. It was once a company I enjoyed and appreciated but now I can honestly say I wouldn’t recommended it. Employees work 50-70 hours a week, cannot truly enjoy time off because they must work while they are on vacation and are underpaid for the amount of work expected to get done.

You are getting a paycheck

Cons

Upper management was battling for the role of the next CEO and had zero concern for the damage it was causing the business Morale was at an all time low Be a soldier or else Threw money at people to keep them from leaving - very short-lived strategy!
