Turn and Burn, No Mileage Reimbursement, Bad Lead Appointments

They have good health benefits

Cons

No Mileage reimbursement, fully commission, bad lead appointments with no expectations of costs, no 3D design software, bad old CRM, Limited material choices for designs. You have to always be on call for appointments and do a lot of driving. Prices are higher than other companies and it feels sleezy like you are ripping people off.
