Pros

Company culture is great. Management really prioritizes the growth of all of their employees and treats everyone well. They really help you step into your role and flourish.

Cons

No salary it is 100% commission based. This isn't necessarily a con, in sales you have to work for your money. But if you are looking for a salary based sales role they do not offer a salary.
