Pros
Not many pros in the time I was there. Benefits package is pretty good.
Cons
Dock your commission pay for things you weren't trained to know. Mandatory meetings, training, and presentations that take up hours of your week which you are not paid for. High turn around. Training for sales and install process but not product so if you don't know something is required they take the price of that out of your commission.
