      Pros

      This company has been working remotely for years and it shows. They are very comfortable and competent doing it. Leadership is incredible. You have every opportunity to make it happen for yourself.

      Cons

      It is still in somewhat of a startup mode and there are growing pains associated with that but there are pains with every company no matter the size.

      Pros

      Flexible being remote. You feel a lot of support from some people, but it just depends on what team you’re on.

      Cons

      The opposite. If you’re with a different manage you may feel no support at all. Training isn’t a lot. The “warm” leads are really ice cold and the best leads are ones you develop yourself
