      Process design is not good here have only one project all are working in that only No technical managers all are only one scrum master he dont no technical Knowledge he always give development task to admin people end of the day maintain one scrum meeting ask for updates if not doing any one they will fire immediately even one day notice they will remove

      Cons

      One day notice No technical knowledge people HR don't have powers if you ask HR for your concern anything they will say like I dont have any power we need to ask Satish Please don't join this company I experienced personally one day reliving
