Pros

I can genuinely say that after a contract ends they will try to place you on different contracts. Unlike other companies they don’t just throw you away. Salary and benefits were average, your overall experience will be based on your customer.

Cons

Sometimes it can be hard to grow or do work that fits with your background. I experienced some racial microagressions… that would be solved with more diverse hiring. If you aren’t a black or brown minority you prob won’t experience those

Thank you for sharing your review and recognizing the dedication our employees demonstrate each and every day supporting our customers' missions. It is the work of our talented employees that has allowed us to remain a trusted government partner for over 53 years. We also appreciate your note about recent growth initiatives. We recognize that rapid growth may place strain on legacy processes. As such, SPA leadership is actively investing in building out our support functions and physical spaces to keep pace with our growing team. Thank you again for taking the time to share your perspective. Feedback like yours helps us continue improving while remaining focused on the mission.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We’re pleased to hear that SPA’s current growth trajectory is a positive for you! SPA remains committed to expanding our trusted, objective support to national defense customers. We also appreciate your note regarding role diversity. While systems engineering and technical advisory roles remain fundamental to SPA's work, we often have billets that span the national defense and civilian landscape. We encourage any employee looking for alternative roles to leverage our Workforce Mobility program, review the weekly Hot Jobs report, and participate in the numerous internal networking events hosted by SPA. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts. We encourage you to continue to share feedback with your management.
