Through our Technical Innovation Initiatives (TII) program, enterprising employees have the opportunity to directly participate in this innovation. Over the past year alone, the TII program has resulted in the funding and standing up of over a dozen innovation projects, each of which was submitted, designed, and implemented by current SPA employees. Furthermore, SPA offers multiple career track options, including a Technical Leader track.
