      My review of SYSTEK is mixed.

      Pros

      The salaries and benefits were good when employment started.

      Cons

      Benefits steadily declined. Whether it be because of Government contract action of incompetence on SYSTEK's part, all employees on my particular contract were cut in benefits and were cut at least 50% in salary.

      Pros

      Excellent benefits (health, retirement). Support staff is very friendly and helpful.

      Cons

      Company provides support to government via typical 3-year contract. This means that when the contract you are working on expires you are back on the street again. no dedicated team for bidding on new contracts which results in many lost opportunities.
