We have provided 401K for the past 37 years so hopefully you had a chance to participate. All employees are eligible to participate in 401K so we are not sure what happened in your specific case. When our H1 employees are on the bench, each employee continues to receive 100% of their wages and full benefits. We have done this consistently for 37 consecutive years. In 2020 , 2021 and 2022, STG had employees that were hospitalized due to COVID and they could not work. STG ensured that each employee received 100% of their wages to ensure there families were not impacted. So we do not believe your statements accurately depict the culture and decisions STG makes when it comes to how employees are treated. STG has, and always will, ensure that all wages are paid in full and in accordance with the law.
