STG has successfully paid all salaries on time for the past 37 years. We have a dedicated HR team who's sole job is to service our employees. Our HR team responds to each question within 24-48 hours to ensure that each employee's needs are met and addressed. Sometimes, we do have circumstances, where we are not able to meet a specific or special request, as we have to ensure that all employees are treated equally and in accordance with all US regulations and laws. Sometimes we do get requests that are not within compliance, and we may not be able to help.
