      - Management is very rude and inapproachable - They never do anything to help employees - You are just viewed as a money making machine - Absolutely no career growth or learning opportunity - HR team is absolutely incompetent

      Excellent company to work for

      Pros

      I got placed in STG in September 2016 with one of the biggest automobile client of 3 years project but suddenly after 7 months due to budget issues client released me. During that time really feared how the STG going to response but stg gave great support and with in a week I was placed by STG. During second project, client paid $10 lessor than my previous project but my package with STG is remains same. The management in STG is extremely supportive, knowledgeable and very professional.

      Please stay away from this company.They never keep the promises.HR never replies to your calls or emails.Very Unprofessional people.Please do not spoil you career .Do Not Join this company
