> Only ONE WAY COMMUNICATION after you join. your emails or phone calls to the office or HR will not be answered unless they are for H1B extensions or documents. HR just responds during your initial days only. Only based on your voice message they decide to call you back.
> HIDDEN THINGS IN SAYING if 1 YEAR STAY NO CHARGES YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR GREEN CARD: what they don't share with you is there are stages for every step and it applies from that date, even for 140 filing also it will be from the filing date 1 year you have to stay or you have to pay the around $1000 also for the cost of filing.
> NO EXPERIENCE OR RELIEVING LETTERS: ONCE YOU LEAVE THEY IGNORE ANY EMAIL FROM YOU. no matter how good terms you leave them they don't provide experience or relieving letters to you. your recruiter and HR will say we will provide it but they don't so for your future it may cause problem in background verification/I-140 transfer etc. They discourage leaving their organization this way and also they don't want to spend money on revoking your petition. If anyone calls for Background Verification or emails them they don't respond at all. HR atmost by luck you get in touch due to other formalties she would say use your payslips as proof and after that she won't lift your call at all, Recruiter bluffs you when joining saying if you leave in good terms you will get all exit letters, but that's false. You can ask them to write it as a promise when joining. I bet they don't write it in email or in your offer letter.
> Whatever credited be it salary or benefit or referral etc is final. Any clarifications you ask about they mentioned something in their prospectus etc, no answers will be given. Your calls or emails will NOT BE answered in most of the cases.
> You can't escalate anywhere about anything. HR, Recruiters and CEO are all one since it is small company so it is always one way and you can't do anything other than resignation.
you may think that PERM filing date was initial date but you will know this only if you carefully read each and every line in the employment agreement.
> No bench concept. They pay as you fill hours in timesheet. They ask you to apply leave if you don't have billing. so don't get bluffed if they say we pay you on bench.
> They say if you are on bench for 15 days we send you to India and give job there. do you believe it? if they really have job for you in India, why not in USA itself! so think logically when they say all these stories.
> My Suggestion to existing employees: Don't pay any money with cheque (check leaf) but ask them to cut from your salary if at all they say you need to pay green card charges if moving out of company. This will be proof and you can escalate this company in future.
-> Your H1B I797 receipt physical copy they don't give it to you and keep it with them. You have to go for 1 hour travel in your car to their office and pickup for drivers license extension purpose or for stamping etc. You have to show proofs for the need, then only they give.
>CEO knows everything and he is the main player behind all these so you can't even escalate to CEO of this small company
>you can't join to any of their clients directly for 2 years after you resign which is the worst policy. Not just the client for which you worked. For the whole automobile clients you are not allowed to join any of their client.
