The account representative or supervisor who "oversees" people was awful and unprofessional. HR questions from employees didn't get answered for months. STG figured the longer it took to answer questions, the more money they can save at the employees expense.

1. Poor communication with employees, especially when not actively billing clients. 2. Limited client base, predominantly only Ford and GM. 3. Lack of response to emails or support requests when employees are in distress. 4. Issues with certain management practices or individuals (PA to CEO) impacting work environment. He always listens to her. 5. No 401k or other benefits 6. Perception of favoritism to only one region people from India. 7. They don't share complete I797A document( I never seen in any company). they will share the bottom portion of the document. 8. They don't provide any experience letters or relieving letter (which may be important for future GC process). 9. For future employees: Do not join this company if you're looking for GC and doesn't have a stable project.
