Absolutely none. The "CEO" Anup uses threats and law suits if you don't agree with him on salary or compensation or terms and conditions of your employment. Does does that to get his way. He figures people don't have the money to beat him in court for illegal workplace practices. What a horrible feeling to work for someone like that.
Cons
Anup - the "CEO" could possibly be the worst "CEO" I've ever met in my entire career. I've never seen someone so full of himself. He treats current (and even former) employees like doormats to make himself feel good and make money off of you. I'm deeply serious when I say do not work for this company. There are other staffing agencies out there which treat people with far more dignity. If there was an option to give zero stars, I would.
