Pros

H1B and GC processing Working directly under client and long term projects Pay on time

Cons

No appraisal pay hike 401K match can be made even better Once deployed in client location, there is not much attention on what employee needs.

Great people! The values and culture at STG is very professional. This company will challenge you to think outside the box and will help you evolve as a person.

This company is growing and has a need for people that can add value. I would not say this is a con, but I would say that this company wants to hire the best and brightest

i don't think there would be good relationship b/w employee and employer..No facilities are available except good take home. No relationship between employee and employer.
