Not a good place for atleast Freshers

Office is located in the Tidel park, Chennai.

Cons

Partial treatment to the employees. Very less projects and they only outsource employee to other companies. Compensation are not up to the satisfactory level for freshers. Freshers need to submit original certificates until the contract period. Not providing relieving letter/Experience certificate even after notice period.

Thank your comment. We have employed hundreds of freshers and many of them go on to grown their careers in STG including STG sending them on H1B and GC in the USA. But STG expects our freshers to work hard and not to have an entitlement mentality. We have to make sure our clients get the highest quality of service so we have to make sure that our freshers work hard to keep our quality standards high.

Pros

To work with HR regarding immigration is too smooth. HR knows in and out of the process. Accurate documentation and paperwork. Never have to worry about anything. I have completed my labor - first phase of GC in just four months.

Cons

salary base is more conservative side.
