Very nice and aggressive recruiting staff that does what they're told and strive to find you the best project. Always paid on time! Hardworking staff overall.

Cons

CEO is awful. Berates staff regularly and publicly. Family owned and operated so NO confidentiality at all.

I have been employed with STG for over 5+ years in the corporate office. I have never witnessed your comments. Our employee attrition rate is less than 2% and our average employee tenure is 9+ years. So In my opinion, our CEO and our leadership team have done a great job providing our employees with the leadership that has helped us create a great place to work. I did not find anything good. A company run by family dramas.

Cons

The recruiters are too bad. They are aggressive and ask a lot of personal questions. The lead is taken by their Recruiting Manager who also portrays to be sweet but tries to extract a lot of information. I think they encourage racism. They make you slog and a complete family drama takes place in the office.

It is unfortunate that you did not actually work in the corporate office to witness how many unemployed IT professionals were placed into employment due to the hard work and commitment of our recruiting team. There job is to help job seekers find gainful employment and my guess is that since you worked for 12 months or longer that you were treated with enough respect to make you feel good about the project assignment.
