      Substandard contract terms, treats employees really bad, horrible company to work with

      Pros

      Have some aggressive people for placement. They have opportunities available

      Cons

      Their contracts are super bad. They try to make employees as bonded labor. They put a clause in the contract that the employee can not leave the company as long as STG don't let the employee go. They kind of get the employee stuck. They don't care for their employees as they know that the employee is stuck with them. Their contracts have lot of clauses that can be challenged. But their vendors avoid going for a legal fight and they take fullest advantage of that. They don't pay last 2 months of salary is a contractor from a vendor leave STG. They treat their employees as SLAVES as very rightly said by a client manager. Also, their recruiters ask all personal questions like 'Are you the primary bread earner of the family', 'does your spouse work?' 'where does your spouse work?' ' Do you have children? if yes How many?' and then take undue advantage of the situation if somebody is a primary/sole bread earner of the family.

The issue of not being paid has nothing to do with Systems Technology Group. We are proud of our 98% repeat customer business rate. We are proud of our 1.9% employee attrition rate. We value our workforce and believe in our culture.

      i wont tax my brain for this

      Cons

      This place has no respect for any one employees. Their own managers have been caught misbehaving with women. As long as you nod your head to management to every non sense of theirs they are happy. They torture employees and do not give relieving letter. These guys provide questions what their client is going to ask ahead of time so you become a billable resource to them. Their so called managers are dumb and do not have any technical knowledge r functional knowledge. Cheap people and your career is better off not working here. trust me they dont know. They dont respect their own people

We have invested millions of dollars in training our employees so that they can add business and IT value to our clients. At STG, you will be given the support and training to become a successful IT professional. But you will have to work hard as a fresher so you can become a value added member of our team. Many of our managers have been with the company for a long time and have been an instrumental part of our success. We are proud of our middle management and believe they are the cornerstone for our 98% client success repeat business rate.

      Best place for budding developers

      Pros

      Was recruited from Campus in 2011. Has a very strong Campus recruitment program based out of their TIDEL development center. STG lays a very strong emphasis to get all their budding developers certified in their field of expertise. Has dedicated trainers who design meticulous training schedules to ensure that everyone get adequate training. All certification fees are reimbursed by the Company. Best place and environment for learning.
