Pros

Friday breakfast A few great coworkers 25 cent soda Benefits are good

Cons

Terrible training for new hires Extremely old, buggy, unreliable software and development environments The loudest customer gets the attention and almost all were unhappy with S&S during my tenure Zero training opportunities unless you beg for it Many management level employees ought to go into politics they lie so much and some will absolutely backstab you if it is to their benefit. A lot of people will say this about their company, but it is worse here. Mandatory overtime

Pros

Great people, great location, flexible work schedules. Tons of responsibilities available to be taken over.

Cons

The uppers are more concerned about bottom line than quality, but times are tough so it's justified. Corporate ownership makes raises/promotions difficult. Product is old and slow.

Good people for the most part. Some managers will go out of their way to help you. Opportunities in a mission critical niche industry

Cons

The bonus/increases are very arbitrary. Little to no room for career progression Management plays favorites Some over the top personalities. Culture took a hit after company acquired.
