      Pros

      The working environment is fun and the staff are all great. The managers are all easy to get along with. They offer very flexible hours and allow you to have input in some management decisions.

      Cons

      Sometimes you don't finish at the time stated and end up having to stay behind extra to finish tasks. Internal recruiting is also something which needs working on. For example going from working in store to moving to work in head office, even if it is temporarily for a few months just for experience.
