No incentive schemes or recognition for work above & beyond (which you will do from the day you start!) . Lock you in after hours if the management haven't "managed" the time well and the store is still a mess! Partners,mums & dads collecting staff from work (Some 16yr olds parents) left banging on the door ! No set duties you must be "Jack of all trades". Ridiculous amount of work ratio to number of staff. Will take on loads of staff for a new store within 3 months 60% or more will be laid off those left will have their hourly contracts significantly cut. Mandatory training which is basically just videos.No first aid trained personnel on site. Over paid managers who also receive regular high bonuses but staff get nothing. High staff turn over - not interested in keeping good workers.Your days of work/hours can be changed on a daily basis without your consent - your life is theirs!

-Hard, stressful work on weekends especially if working on a department -Have to colourblock everything -Expected to complete many tasks at once -Often stay up to half an hour late on closing shifts
