Draconian time targets that don't take into consideration the actual work your doing, average management, little to no promotion opportunity, expect to be doing 3 people's work for minimum wage, no incentive for staff yet management given great incentives eg a store manager in region given trip to Africa for sales of comic relief t-shirts staff received nothing, pay rises non existent, no chance of full time hours
