      Pros

      Fairly balanced work-life, wide variety of duties, constant opportunities for development and amazing colleagues.

      Cons

      Work can sometimes be a little to much but the colleagues compensate and also the management team can be very understanding if you let them know what is going on.

      There is a high rate of pay and the staff room was decent.

      Cons

      The schedule/rota was always unorganised and constantly changing. There was very little managerial organisation. No sense of community amongst the staff. Staff meetings were always unorganized.
