I was relentless bullied in this role by my manager and his manager to the point I developed an illness. I was constantly set up to fail, for example, given spreadsheets with multiple errors in them and then expected to run accurate reports from them in unrealistic time frames. Constantly excluded from team activities. They recruited for my role whilst I was still in the role and bullied me until I had no choice to leave. This was the worst experience I ever had in my life. I since moved to a much nicer company and my health has made a full recovery since. Apart from this, they completely lied about the job role in interview. I was sold an exciting role with business partnering and analysis but they made it 100% reporting role which was far too junior for my experience.
