      Really nice people and lots of room for growth within the company. Easy work.

      Cons

      Bit of a cult as they fire people for not fitting in to their mould or thinking outside the box. Poor salary for junior people.

      If you are lucky to get a decent manager then the work is enjoyable.

      Cons

      Micro managers treating people with a lack of respect. Always complaining and despite refusing to hire the sufficient amount of people needed to deliver the results they wish for, they expect it to be done regardless.
