      Pros

      Great company to work for, management are good, receive at least 4 weeks notice on rotas, sometimes more than. An easy-going work environment, very understanding managers.

      Cons

      Pay could be a little higher for what the role is, but it is still above minimum wage. Other things could be implemented to improve boredom at work, but overall a good company to work for and an enjoyable job that can lead to a career.
