Pros

Great pay & benefits. Medical they offer is a little iffy, considering the spending card wouldn't work for a lot of doctors offices I thought it would work for. Wouldn't work at the eye drs, dentist, but did work at chiropractor office & on amazon for FSA/HSA approved items? All over the place. You can make good money if you are constantly offering to sell phones & services. I did enjoy the people I got to know virtually. 😩 .

Cons

Very "on top of you, no breathing room" work environment. It took me a little while to just be okay with random managers listening on live calls & openly coaching in a wide open chat. (I was working from home) after I got pretty used to it, it would still get the best of me considering I have anxiety and having someone legit telling me what I needed to say real time was overwhelming at times. They did bring us into the office for weeks before they decided we would have to go back home until they finally chose to require vaccinations.
