Pros

Decent benefits, solid time off, lots of good coworkers

Cons

Not quite the uncarrier anymore. I was proud to be a TMO employee for many years but things have gotten worse since 2020. I can't say I feel valued or cared for by TMO or the leaders. TMO has turned into a typical US carrier. It's sad really.

Pros

Benefits and stock employee program are nice.

Cons

The TFB side of sales can be draining. The leadership is selective with who they invest their time and support with. Your team has an individualistic mindset, so you feel like you are tackling challenges alone. The ethics are not universal. Very boys locker room environment. Poor leadership development so don't expect to be taken to the next level. Overall the only good thing is the commission opportunities which can range from 2k-40k monthly roughly, depending on what deals you close.
