Can gain work experience. Benefits are ok.

Cons

Management never listens to its employees. No promotions anymore. Plays favorites. Lots of bureaucracy. Toxic work culture.

Great perks, including generous discounts on service, and products.

Cons

Trash Supervisors, Trash Customers, Racist company. Companies held DEI(Diversity Equity and Inclusion days) every person got to talk about their issues accept straight white males. Stupid celebrations, lots of meeting that get nothing done. Incompetent leadership, and they cost me my unemployment benefits. Supervisor Amy wasn't there most of my time but tried to coach me. Piece of trash.

Employees are just a number Proclaim to promote diversity and inclusion, but it's just lip-service Not transparent, leadership dodges questions at townhalls or flat out ignores online questions
