Pros

Phone bill discount was nice.

Cons

Trying to move ahead in my career was like pulling teeth. No one had any clear answers for why I was receiving amazing reviews, but couldn’t move up. I found out that my boss didn’t want me to leave him and was holding me back on purpose.

Pros

The environment is accepting, overall. Everyone works together and managers work with you to try and get better results - which boosts everyone’s results and translates to more money. Benefits are pretty good as well, great EAP program. Standout talent is recognized and rewarded and even if you can’t standout and be the absolute best, as long as you do your part, you will at least get bonuses and commissions. They also offer a great deal of schedule options to fit everyone’s lifestyle, at least with entry-level positions.

Cons

They do not offer sick days, it’s an attendance occurrence (even during Covid) and it also deducts from your PTO - which is fairly slow to accrue. Every employee has to clock and aux code on the computer to leave their desk or even work on another task - even going to the restroom, which makes it seem like you are just a number to management. Hybrid schedules are over-emphasized as being a privilege. The environment can seem very clique-ish at times. The interview process is very extensive and getting promoted is equally as difficult if not more so. For all of the tasks entry-level employees have to do on a daily basis, the base pay is average at best. Some of the metrics you are expected to meet can seemingly contradict one another.
