Dishonest, unprofessional, and definitely not worth the low pay.

Pros

T-mobile is in a good position to take enterprise market share in the future, but not in SMB.

Cons

An absolute nightmare from beginning to end. Came over as part of the Sprint merger and the lack of professionalism is amazing. Territory assignments are basically commission lotteries. Account execs are encourged to commit fraud while management looks the other way. Micromanaging that reminded me of middle school detention. Average tenure is 3-4 months- that's your first clue this is not the place for B2B sales professionals. I would only recommend this job if you are on the verge of being homeless. Run, don't walk away from t-mobile for business.
