Pros

Benefits are good, pay is pretty good compared to other call center type jobs. T-mobile is a better company overall than major competitors.

Cons

Culture centered around succeeding at all costs while pretending to promote integrity. Many managers only care about reaching target metrics and have no care to promote a positive and healthy work environment. Lots of manipulating stats from representatives and coaches, but though we're told it's being addressed, the behaviors never change. This is happening in an environment where our bonuses are determined by ranking rather than meeting specific targets. Negativity is not handled well here. Any dissent on how things are done is met with accusations of being negative in the workplace as if that is against the rules.
