Pros

Health benefits, PTO, depending on your manager you can have a decent work-life balance

Cons

Commission has changed for the worse. This used to be a great company now it’s ran like a Best Buy/Target. Only ones benefitting are managers and ones in corporate positions. Went from earning 4-5k a month to now I’m lucky if it’s 2-3k. Micromanaging is at an all time high. You’re micromanaged for every single thing. It’s insane

Pros

Some of the pros and cons of working here will be interchangeable based on your disposition, as the culture may or may not be for you. 1. Generally a positive and inclusive atmosphere 2. Can be fairly high energy, dependent on your team 3. Reasonable accommodations for transportation

Cons

This is where its get interchangeable, because though I did not feel it ended up being a good fit, others may desire these qualities. 1. A little too high energy and rah-rah company cheer-leading (at least for me). I often found it a little oppressive and over-the-top, especially if you're having a low energy day when you just want to get your work done. So again, more of a "does it fit" question. If you're all about company spirit and wearing/promoting company swag, you may find this more appealing. 2. Parking. If you are looking to drive, and want to park on site without having to take a shuttle, trying to find parking after 8:00 AM can be a nightmare. 3. Can be HIGHLY political (again, somewhat department/team dependent). Some of the upper management can be really receptive, but my experience was largely dominated by one or two junior managers playing politics and preferring secrecy.

Pros

Decent pay, flexible hours

Cons

Some of the management is still left over from “the old days when the company was in huge trouble”
