      Great job...a little too much micro management

      Pros

      I like my Pay, co workers, the company culture, emplyee discounts. Dress code is very relaxed. I mean, name another sales job where you can wear jeans and a tshirt.

      Cons

      There is a lot of micro managing, some of the systems are unstable, and some things are needlessly complicated. The commission plan is just too convoluted and can be somplified.

      -Strong recognition culture -Competitive benefits -Somewhat competitive pay -Relaxed work atmosphere -C-suite made an effort to be candid and transparent

      -Simulcra of corporate culture -No 401k matching for the first year of employment -Many old, ineffective and inefficient practices are still in wide-spread use -Current campus is staid and antiquated, although this is changing -Often the choice is made to pursue incremental improvements to current practices rather than re-working and modernizing the process as a whole

      1.T-Mobile constantly changes the commission structure, making you think you’re earning more but you’re earning way less. 2. I worked there for 4 years, I tried very hard to move up, made it to last interviews but was never promoted even when I was over qualified. It’s all politics. 3. Management is horrible, they only care about what they’re making and never help.
