      Pros

      T-Mobile has been doing pretty good for long time. Now that expected mergers talks are not going as expected, stock price is being impacted and future growth might be challenging.

      Cons

      Company takes good care of employees but Atlanta location is driven by few key leaders who are not worried about employees growth at all. They are busy working to keep their bosses happy and focused on their own growth. Sounds familiar :) ? Atlanta leaders are very self eccentric.

      Pros

      Great benefits even for part time employees. One of my favorite parts of working for the company is their corporate culture, it is very laid back and an emphasizes having fun and working as a team. Each store I've worked at has felt like a family.

      Cons

      There's not always a clear path for advancement opportunities, it's very easy to get shelved away if you do not have a manager or district manager who is vested in your growth in the company. At times it feels like you a prisoner of the typical politics of corporate culture.
