Pros

Pay and benefits were great...that is it!

Cons

You have to be a back stabbing, lying, self-serving jerk to survive there. All the leaders all the way up the chain are crooked and lie to put on a good "SHOW" for everyone else! Caught in lies and called on it but nothing is done. Unless you are willing to join in, don't bother going to work there!

Pros

Vacation time is generous, if you have a job where you can actually take it. Employee service plan is amazing. The plans are easy to sell and with the new spectrum, it's a great network. We are winning as an organization.

Cons

The culture has died. District-level leadership ignores vital correspondence via phone, text, and email from their direct reports. Groupme eradicates any semblance of a work-life balance. CEO mentioned early on that his work cost him a marriage, and that expectation has carried down (whether intentionally or not) to every level. Store hours might be between 9am-9pm, but Sr. leadership will express their anger via Groupme at any hour, day or night. Schedules are a joke. As store leadership, we are forced to disrespect our team regularly by giving them little notice prior to a punishment meeting. The region has assembled a "Special Ops" team, but a more accurate designation would be "Secret Police." They go into your store unannounced and un-introduced and begin to sort through your entire business. This drives a culture of shell shock, where store-level leadership never knows when the next visit will happen. The company claims an "Open-door" policy; but if you use it, expect your career to stagnate perpetually. Regional leadership is unreasonably loyal to district leadership, trapping store management and below to accept whatever level of disrespect, micro-management, negligence, or dangerous combination of the three might occur.

Pros

Discounts on Mobile Plans, Good-hearted Store Manager, Decent pay if you don't mind being ripped off, technically more lenient

Cons

Micromanaging, part-time status with full-time hours but no benefits, little to no room for advancement or promotions, spiff club delays, don't get commission on several services, in order for commission to be payed out it must be entered in buggy, amateur software in which you have received no former training and if it is not entered up to their standard they have no problem not giving you your proper compensation
