Pros

Great commission. Great incentives. Great benefits. Great coworkers.

Cons

Slow promotions. Sometimes arbitrary policies from some corporate big wigs pet project. Got to have "pep".Some customers can get irate but you get used to it. Thus the great commission! :-D

Pros

*Benefit package is top notch, including free money for college *Open door policy, express any concern to the lowest or highest manager available and anyone will hear you out *Competitive Pay comapred to the industry

Cons

* Office politics run too deep * Promotions are few and far between, regardless of your performance. It's more how you can "talk the talk" than "walk the walk"
