Pros

good people, good values, open attitude and atmosphere with the employee base decent benefits, a lot of positive change has happened recently

Cons

very cheap on internal compensation for promotions, you are better off salary wise leaving the company most management is predominately male, gender balance needs addressing in some organizations

-Lack of career growth -Management is misleading and is repetitive in their management jargon. -Lack of worklife benefits -Certain employers are treated differently.
