Pros

T-Mobile offered exceptional health and cell phone benefits at very affordable rates. The office was nice, open, inviting and updated.

Cons

Compensation was not in line with competitors. Promotions were given mainly on who liked who. The office was very cliquey.

Pros

-Great, cheap benefits -Possibility is there to make a good deal of money -Flexible and employee friendly company

Cons

-Expectations were not clear in my store at all (could be individual management) -Ability to grow was hindered by pyramid compensation structure. (RSA to RAM to RSM to DM) -Mixed and frequently conflicting messages from management, changes weekly -RSA is expected to go WAY outside of their job description and sacrifice their commissions to deserve promotions

Pros

-$10 a month for phone service with data. -40% off on 2 phones per year. gets better with tenure. Great health insurance benefits

Cons

Phone sales goal depends on how much you are scheduled to work for the month. Computer systems need to be upgraded. they are very very slow. Takes forever just to process a simple bill payment for a customer.
