Pros

1. Decent Hours (in my department) I've never Had to work a weekend, and have only done it a couple times in the last few years by choice. 2. Free soda, hot chocolate, coffee, and tea 3. Free parking 4. Phone perks, now up to 5 lines / employee 5. Relatively low stress, friendly environment

Cons

1. My management does not fight for the people underneath them. Would rather be way under budget than pay their employees appropriately. 2. Promotions are hard to come by.

Pros

Hard work is rewarded with great pay. Also you get to travel some for training. The benefits are also great and you get two lines of practically free phone service. Generally your work doesn't follow you home, so when you leave for the day, that's it.

Cons

They change the commission structure a lot, and so you have to learn how to best sell to maximize it. Also it can sometimes be stressful trying to hit sales quotas during slow months, but most of the time it's fine. If you slack off, it will show in your paycheck.

Pros

Great Benefits such as health insurance, life, dental and vision. We get some great benefits and the employee contribution part is very low. Lots of earned PTO time given and earned on a weekly basis not on year to year which is great.

Cons

No formal programs for management advancement, you are stuck where you get started. Not so great compared to the other carriers employee phone program. You pay a lot for your phones and you are stuck with them company policy prevents you from even giving away a phone you buy. Too much training with little impact and often long and boring.
