Pros

Compensation is average, people are average, culture was great- overall the company functions and is growing in the right direction

Cons

Marketing is horrible. Perceptions rules this industry. T-Mobile needs to outsource marketing quickly and yesterday.

Pros

Their benefits were good until they restructured them. There is not a lot of high pressure work going on here.

Cons

No strategy from management in place to guide what people are working on; highly tactical. Each silo'd group has their own goals and no one is working well across those silos. No responsibility for failed initiatives. No understanding of the market that they are in.

Pros

Health benefits are pretty generous.

Cons

although they say they value work life balance they have recently consolidated departments making goals hard to reach without working many more hours.
