Pros

Benefits are worth just having the job.

Cons

Slow advancement, may actually be a reason it doesn't say "Career" when you apply on the t-mobile website... It says "Jobs" like your going to leave some point soon... LOL Why not just call it "Employment Opportunities" because some know it's a stepping stone and others want to die T-Mobile!

Pros

some benefits, though they charges more now employee phone plan though that went up by 50% the $9.99 plan is not $20.00. Nothing is really good with the company right now, it keeps getting worse and worse and worse... we are threatened with our jobs on a daily basis

Cons

There is no work life balance, I have over 200 hours of paid time off that I am unable to use because management refuses to help out when a manager is out of their store. So now T-Mobile is taking back the vacation I have already earned and not compensating me for it. Last year senior management tells us we aren't getting raises but we should be lucky to even have a job. The work environment is bad, people coming up with policy's who have never worked in a retail store. When you try to give them a better way of doing things, they laugh it off and look down on you.

Pros

Great health benefits, 401(k) company matched plan, excellent discount on employee phones Relaxed company structure, friendly enviornment

Cons

You must play politics to get ahead from a Sales Rep position, most manager are hired from the outside, leaving reps at the position they were hired for
